• In charge of designing the architecture of the new app on ReactJS (TypeScript, Redux) and NodeJS (Express). The new app is designed to be more scalable and easier to maintain. • Responsible for the creation of specific high-level architectures with AngularJS. Managed to rewrite whole AngularJS app so that it can support ES6 and tests. Responsible for implementing tests which reduced bug occurrence by 20%, and sped up the development of new features by 15%.

I was working on the project delivery, code optimisation and restructuring of the existing system. Responsible for implementing the Continuous Delivery process which speeds up the software deployment, and reduced server downtime during deployment from 30 minutes originally down to only 1 minute (TeamCity, Octopus).

• Responsible for the project delivery, development of new modules and code optimization (including code refactoring), in • RealEC project, which connects lenders and providers of mortgage services electronically to streamline the mortgage origination process. • In charge of implementing server-side features in RealEC using .Net stack of technologies (WF, WCF, ServiceBus).

• Responsible for project management throughout the entire project lifecycle (as FOUNDER.org is a single ongoing project), including the design of software architecture and project delivery • Responsible for implementing the Continuous Delivery process in FOUNDER.org project, which sped up software development by 30%, speed up the software deployment from 15 minutes originally down to only 1 minute, and reduced server downtime during deployment from 15 minutes originally down to just 10 seconds

• Responsible for the project management throughout the entire lifecycle of Peydo project, including design of software architecture and project delivery • In charge of communication with clients and third-party integration in Peydo project • Managed staff of five people to ensure that all milestones are achieved within the agreed timeframes (JIRA - Scrum)

• In charge of the project management for the entire project lifecycle for eHotel, which improves hotel management • In charge of the project management for the entire project lifecycle for eMaps, which enables citizens to easily find relevant information (including location) of government institutions • Responsible for implementing automated PowerShell scripts for eRegistar, which replaced manual software deployment in 63 counties, reducing deployment time from 2 hours down to 10 minutes

Responsible for implementing Windows Workflow Foundation (WF) for Automatic Meter Management (AMM) - automatically collecting consumption, diagnostic, and status data from energy metering devices (gas, electric), which sped up software development by 5%.
