I was part of the operations team at DragonPass on a yearlong contract as a Customer service executive. My key responsibility here was handling customer problems and queries via telephone and email. This has polished my communication skills. During this job I had solo tasks to complete as well as group projects. This strengthened my organisation significantly as I had to structure my days efficiently to tackle the numerous tasks I would need to complete.
