I am a computer vision engineer with almost 8 years of experience working in various aspects of digital image processing and artificial intelligence, with a focus on Deep-learning technology and CNNs. I have been involved in multidisciplinary projects and designed, implemented, trained and tested computer vision solutions integrated in different production-ready platforms. Currently working as a project assistant in the department of Artificial Intelligence and Human Interfaces, at the Salzburg university, I am almost finished with my PhD degree in informatics in the same department. I am experienced with Python, C, C++, Matlab, Tensorflow, Keras, OpenCV, and Torch. My key contributions in projects involved include developing (mainly deep-learning) solutions for: Detection and segmentation of: Industrial, biological and biometric constituents, as well as Data domain adaptation, Stereo matching, Iris data gaze-angle estimation, Vickers hardness measurement, and Visual compression
