Responsibilities: Full range of work will M.I.C.E requests and groups Correspondence with foreign customers Creating programs (MICE and leisure sector) Selection of contractors and reservation services (from own database) Booking all services Negotiating vendor services: payment schedules and billing on account Creating and managing program operational documents Monitor program progress Compilation of financial statements for the sale Operation according to the program
