I am responsible of the Cell and Bacterial Culture, the extraction of plasmid DNA, preparation of culture medium and different buffers, control stock and ordering of material, commissioning and maintenance equipment, perform experiments with robot and manually and analysis of results obtained and I have knowledge for my studies and my professional experience in laboratory techniques like Electrophoresis, PCR, Spectrophotometry, Electroporation, BRET, Fluorescence, Optical and SEM Microscopy.

In this company I have been able to study in depth about biosensors based on CNT-FET (Carbon nanotube Field-Effect Transistor) and antibodies, working on the design and manufacturing (hands-on experience in wafer level cleanroom processing), obtaining by testing with robot and analyzing (statistically) data to get the optimal design and guarantee quality, I contributed to process improvement, I had to write measurement protocols and technical reports, and I took part in European projects.
