I worked in shift for one year. In this time, i was controlling all safety issues in the factory like work permit, production problem, logistic etc. But I learnt safety intensively. Then i moved to Process development engineer of corn wet milling. This job has two main part. 1. Abroad 2. Turkey. For the abroad side, I'm dependent to a Central Process Dev. engineer. My responsibility in this organization is to coordinate and commincate with the people from other Cargill locations who has same position.
