Sales Manager for Silicone group / Turkey

Managing marketing and technical issues for TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer) materials in automotive sector. Initiating contacts with OEM’s and part suppliers, increasing number of commercialized projects. Creating relations with major automotive OEM headquarters to create a global brand awareness in automotive industry. Preparing marketing plan and supporting sales department. Coordinating distributor relations in USA, Europe and China. Building up a solid system for the future marketing activities.

A business oriented position with additional technical responsibilities. Planned and introduced new products into new markets. Also, followed on site jobs very closely to ensure correct applications. Prepared marketing tools and presentation materials for sales staff. Experienced in epoxy flooring products and applications, polyurea product development, industrial paints, water repellents.

Responsible for industrial adhesives and sealants, dosing and application equipment. (anaerobic-, cyanoacrylate-, epoxy-, polyurethane-, and silicone adhesives/ sealants, mould release agents for rubbers and composites, etc.). Managed projects to solve customer problems on application basis and as equipment installation in automotive OEM’s. Developed a patented application for an impregnation process. Responsible for Turkey and Iran market concerning automotive manufacturers and auto part suppliers.

Responsible for the “Region East” consisting of 28 countries (Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Middle East, Central Asia). Professional experience in industrial adhesives, automotive after market chemicals and automatic application equipment. Joined several technical training events about adhesives and application equipment in Austria, Germany, England and Sweden.

Professional in marketing for foreign countries. The position featured logistic support, production program preparation and new product developments in the field of ceramics. Liaison with branches in the Netherlands, France, Canada, England, Germany (latter two visited).
