I worked on the creation of simulation scenarios in 5G by using NS-3. I gained experience on various concepts such as cellular mobile communications, network layers, 4G-5G technologies, handover algorithms and NS-3 network simulator.

I worked on the prototyping of the mesh network of the IoT devices within the scope of the project ISCO. First, I deployed sensors on the node devices and collected data from them. Then, I set a communication between the node and the gateway devices by using MQTT protocol over 6LoWPAN to transfer data and manage devices. Lastly, I monitored the deployed sensors and their data with a web application built on Eclipse Kura.
