Eric Tholomé

I have worked my entire career in domains I am passionate about, mostly in fast-paced agile environments at Palm, Google and 1&1 Ionos. Starting with a technical background, I have developed my skills and responsibilities rapidly, always with a focus on the product, always caring about the business end-to-end, including a CEO position in a large Tech company. I get excited by making the world better using computer science. There are a few domains that I am even more passionate about: telecoms, media, music, home automation, transportation, education and positive-politics. I am an innovator at heart with impeccable ethics, strong people management skills, able to combine strategic thinking and strong tactical execution, always focused on building the right product, energetic. I have lead the modernisation of a ~$B company (~3500 employees), grown a business x100 to ~$10B and built two of the most successful large non-US Google teams. I am currently thinking about what's next for me.
