Leading of production area II. incl. 3 production departments and the supporting product, process and test engineering groups. (200-230 empl.). Projects: Lean management (LOOP), 5S, product transfers, redesign of main product, Shop Floor Management on shiftleader, department leader, area manager and factory level (consultancy done by Staufen AG).

Leading of production (flame cutting, component preparation, welding, machining and painting shops), maintenance, logistics, EHS, HR, finance, company representation in 2 Ltd’s. Projects: Renewal and registration of the paint shop. Resolving all enviromental and work safety issues, renewal of cranes and crane rails in the workshops. Finishing the ERP implemantation. Setting of Lean thinking, revolution in internal logistic with transport fixtures for 1-3 complete kits.
