Responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical adviser, providing presales technical assistance for infrastructure, voice, network and transport requirements.

Design, implementation, ongoing management and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Systems, including Call Manager / Unified Communications Manager 7.x , 8.x and 10.x, Cisco Unified Contact Center 10.x.

Handled wireless users to Leased lines, covering more than 80% of region in Kosovo with wireless link. Managed more than 2500 individual, residents and corporate accounts including Banks and other governmental institutions of Kosovo.

Responsible for managing transport network deployments with a large number of operators worldwide. Designing and developing network to handle the increased bandwidth requirements and demand for high speed services from customers as well as addressing any legacy requirements on the network.

Deployed and implemented layer 3 IP service WAN networking infrastructure solution in over 5 locations across the country. This design utilized over 30 Cisco devices including CISO 3550 and 3750 series multilayer switches, 2600 series routers running in a scalable OSPF backbone architecture and Idirect satellite technologies providing redundant multi-access paths.

Designed; implemented and supported LAN\WAN that started from mobile contingency to a multi-site network and now grown into a large structure employing reliable and high powered network devices, wireless, microwave, and satellite infrastructure.
