Responsibilities: In charge of the plant manufacturing, production, maintenance, production control and Sumitomo Production System. Personnel management: 2,500 direct and indirect employees. Budget control. continuous improvement follow up. Key Contributions: We improve OEE from 75 to 80% in the area of circuit cutting. Empowerment to the Natural Working Groups (NWG). We reduced the headcount by increasing the efficiency of the plant from 84% to 92%.

Responsibilities: In charge of the manufacturing operation of the plant. Follow-up to the KPI of the plant. Follow-up to internal Lean manufacturing plan. Key Contributions: Increased the efficiency of the plant to 20% through workshops (Kaizen). We reduced the production headcount by 4%. Reduction of overtime by 10%.

Budget and forecast. Processes transference from USA to Mexico. Implementation of a new global Corporate ERP. Definition of KPI's (Hoshin Kanri, OEE, Scrap). Preventive maintenance control.

Transfer and development of manufacturing processes in Germany and the USA. Development of quotes for new processes / projects (VW, FCA, FORD). Establishment and control of indicators for the production area such as: Production times, Scrap cost, OEE. Technical information of the plant and maintenance area. Inventory control.
