Responsibilities: • Process GDPR access, correction and deletion requests in relation to HR, efficiently and accurately to a tight deadline. Maintaining consistent accuracy in all of my work and being meticulous. Testing the process. • Responsibility of GDPR inbox and legal privacy inboxes. In charge of allocating cases within the team and processing out of scope requests. Involved in establishing the process.

Responsibilities: • Being empathic and understanding via the phone with a wide range of employees from corporate to warehouse staff, processing requests quickly and accurately. • Support Amazon’s Career Choice programme (a programme providing financial support for studies) being brought in-house, have successfully improved the customer’s experience. Key successes: building better relations with local HR, recognition as a quick and efficient learner.

Responsibilities: • Accurately dealing with administration requests for information changes, closing/changing the sale, inserting hotels into the system, etc. • Loading hotel contracts into the system. Key success: Launching and preparing the weekly special offers newsletter at the Prague office and quality controlling.

Responsibilities: • Lesson planning and researching general, business and conversational English for tailor-made lessons for students including adults, young children and university students. • Preparing students for the Cambridge and IELTS exams, of which they passed. • Enhancing student confidence in speaking and written English. • Proofreading various documents including for the Jewish Museum in Prague.
