Estibaliz Etxezarra Arrúe

Garaituz is a program promoted by the Provincial Council of Gipuzkoa with the aim to develop and put into action an emergency plan for companies that are facing vulnerable economic situations. The program impulses the creation of teams formed by employees of different consultancies and staff of the University of the Basque Country .

. As technical consultant I was responsible of giving support to senior consultants in order to ensure an excellent service to the customer. I participated in formation programs, such as leadership, customer experience and global change. I was also in charge of making the learning material and the slides and its delivery on time to the workshops. As part of my job I managed the website, the newsletter and the blog of the company, including writing blogs myself.
