Provide sales finance solutions to Telecom operators in Russia and Armenia. Based in Moscow. Close USD 1.6 Billion ECA finance for operators and trade finance for distributors. Including a USD/RMB dual currency finance which was announced by the witness of both countries' Presidents. And closed the first syndication in Russia from Chinese banks.

Globally responsible for the bank relationship and sales financing cooperation with HSBC, Société Générale, Banco Santander, RBS and Barclays. Focus on various structure of trade finance, such as ECA Buyer Credit, Factoring, Leasing, AR Purchase, Forfeiting, L/C Discounting, ABS(Asset Backed Securities), etc. Coordinate sales financing projects all over the world, track over USD 2 Bn financing amount and close USD 120 Mn financing for Europe, Oceania and Middle East.
