Acting as statutory representative of the company. • led the merger of legacy SB and GW businesses in Slovakia • led the business operating model change from export market to on-shore market for GSK Slovakia. • improved business performance of GSK Slovakia and designed a 20% cost saving plan in 9 months

Responsible for: • Company establishment and consolidation after acquisition; • Led the ERP implementation whilst growing number of customers from 3.500 to 20.000 which resulted in becoming the market leader in the sector within a 4 months period, • Achieved break-even within 3 years after establishment (EBITDA) • Completed 4 acquisitions of local internet service providers

Preparing consolidated and standalone financial statements in accordance with IFRS. • audit of financial statements of 250 mil. GBP turnover utilities company • internal controls review in the largest insurance company in Slovakia with the collected insurance premium exceeding 190 mil. GBP (before its acquisition by the largest German insurance company) • audit of number 3 bank in Slovakia including its subsidiaries.

Audit Senior in charge of auditing and/or providing professional advisory services for mergers and acquisitions to large number of multinational companies, comprising wholesalers, retailers, manufacturing companies and banks. Leading and participating at many due diligence reviews of potential investment targets, e. g. due diligence review of one of the largest Czech banks before acquisition by a foreign investor. Responsible for completion of all fieldworks, supervising assistants and drafting reports.
