Pre-development of 800V On-Board Charger DCDC Converter. Pre-development of cell contacting systems for battery modules. Specialization in housing concepts, cooling systems, and tolerance calculations related to mechanical development. Coordinated the development of prototypes considering assembly processes. Conducted selection and testing of potting materials and thermal interface materials.

Developed and designed glass systems and components for Audi, Mercedes-Benz, PSA, Skoda, Tesla and BMW. Served as technical contact for customer projects. Coordinated communication between European teams, headquarters, and production facilities. Created 3D models, drawings, and bill of materials (BOM) according to customer requirements. Prepared RFQ, DVP and DFEMA documents.
