I am a Consultant with a solid business experience as CFO, in Administration, Finance, Management Control, Strategic Planning, Business Planning, HR and management of business start-up and reorganization and change management projects, gained in prestigious companies leading multinationals in their sectors. I successfully managed complex situations, even in times of corporate crisis, covering the roles of VP, MD and HR Director at Interim.

By reporting directly to VP and CFO Europe and to the Italian Managing Director (through a matrix structure) I am responsible for the whole Finance area, with a staff of 19 people including 4 Managers. Financial Statement, Budgeting, Planning & Control, Monthly Reporting, Credit collection and Control, Payroll and SOX compliance are included in my responsibilities.

By reporting directly to the President and Owner, I have been responsible for the the successful START-UP of the company with full responsibility for HR & organization, IT, finance, controlling, treasury and procurement.

Direct report of MD and of VP and CFO Europe (through a matrix structure). With 15 people staff thereof 2 managers, I had full responsibility for Short / Mid-term Business Plans, Financial Mngment and Control, Budgeting, Forecasting, Product Pricing, Financial Statement (Italian, German and US GAAPs) Tax and VAT issues, Treasury, Capital Budgeting, Reporting, and Internal Auditing. I prepared and coordinate BoD meetings and follow the State grants programs for industrial, training and research investments.

By reporting directly to the Managing Director and to VP and CFO Europe (through a matrix structure) I participated in the Italian start-up of the company by creating the accounting, controlling and planning system and having full responsibility of Finance, Controlling, Administration, Personnel and Purchasing. In the first year I also had the interim responsibility for Mktg and Sales and I gave my contribution to the Company success in the Italian Market (market share growth from 0.2% to 1%).
