Preparing and placing orders to Spanish providers of a large variety of fruits and vegetables, considering the quality and logistic requirements of the client Management and execution of weekly ads required by the client, coordinating with the providers the availability of big quantities of merchandise, as well as organization of the delivery time and the load points with the transport company Coordination of logistical operations with the transport partner, optimizing transport routes and loading points.

• Coordinating and processing the Amazon customer orders. • Managing the arrival and departure of vehicles in compliance with safety procedures. Prioritizing deliveries to Amazon Yards and Docks. • Reviewing of processes and implementation of changes to checks and audits. • Applying standard operational and logistic procedures in compliance with regulations and policies. • Establishing synergetic relationships with internal and external departments by efficient communication and continuous improvement.

• Preparing of quotation requests to local and international suppliers using SAP (ECC) to compare and analyze the historical evolution of the prices. • Placing of purchase orders to the suppliers using SAP (SRM) after negotiation of the supply-chain parameters to reach costs saving targets. • Monitoring of the stock-flow and complying suppliers' deliveries through SAP (ECC). • Managing relations with different stakeholders and departments incl. imports, finance, commercial, and port operations.

• Managing the Internet Claro mobile application project, a service that provides information to customers about contracts, consumption, and invoices. • Managing the project to implement new sales services of internet packages to stakeholders. • Designing and executing marketing campaigns to promote internet packages to prepaid and postpaid customers. • Analyzing information of strategical importance to prepare sales reports of customers. • Presenting the reports to the Directory meetings.

• Executing the process of the Integrated Management System (GIS) and export activities. • Elaborating the reports about KPI´s of the different operational activities, such as copper, sulfuric acid, and molybdenum exports and delivery of other byproducts. • Developing safety inspections, safety reports, and work reports. Executing ISO 9001.
