- Led a Design-To-Cost initiative for Siemens’ light rail platform, incl. internal and external benchmarking, target costing, and global value sourcing. - Conducted cross-functional workshops to identify cost savings ideas through sourcing opportunities and process improvements. - Winner of the 2014 Siemens Top+ Award for outstanding bid management, incl. project calculation and target cost. - Developed strategic plans including business cases for two new rail platforms.

- Defined business roadmap to set up Cybertary organization including business strategy, business development and customer service processes. - Hired and trained team of four in providing excellent customer service and business support. - Achieved sales goal through business partnering, extensive networking, and public speaking.
