Fotios Konstantinidis works as a Project Manager in Industrial Symbiosis and ICT EC-funded projects at the Institute of Communication and Computer Systems (ICCS) of the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the NTUA and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the department of Production & Management Engineering . His research activities is focused on the development of Cyber-Physical Production Systems (CPPSs), that can be integrated into the existed industrial systems. He has worked as an Industry 4.0 Technology Analyst at Smarterchains SA, analyzing the plants’ maturity level and proposing I4.0 strategies for Fortune 500 companies, while also creating I4.0 training material. Prior to this, he had worked in the NGA networks in Telecom Industry. He had also worked as Research Assistant in the developing and prototyping of a smart medical device for carpal tunnel syndrome. In addition, he has finished his military service a IT support in the Military R&D Department.
