Assigned for the plastic suppliers of the CC (Chassis Systems Control), TT (ThermoTechnology) and BSH (Bosch and Siemens home appliances) projects. Owner of the claims management process, dealing with all supplier quality issues in order to ensure a continuous production flow simultaneously with the accomplishment of the Quality standards. Working with suppliers from around the world in order to improve performance, implement process control and quality plans.

- Plan and establish sequence of operations to assemble the products and to promote efficient utilization of personnel, materials and equipment; - Design optimized assembly process, line configuration and manpower utilization; - Analysis, evaluation and monitoring implementation of process improvements; - Calculation and monitoring of process KPI’s; - Responsible for the assembly lines cycle time management using the SAP software and according to the MTM (Methods-Time Measurement) methodology.

- Ensure continuous improvement of manufacturing processes; - Improve productivity and reduce production costs; - Managing the maintenance of production equipment; - Promote the improvement and effectiveness of the Quality System; - Involvement in the definition of the Production Process procedures and in the Products Control Plan as well as for the monitoring of its compliance and aptness;
