Program Manager for all improvement projects of the combined small moelcule network of Novartis/Sandoz consisting since end 2017 of 14 sites across the Globe (Austria, China, India, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UK) Alignment of supply implementation strategy with reg. affairs, supply chain, and internal customers / drug product sites.

Appointment as senior project manager for network optimization and business processes in the leadership team being responsible to create Novartis Technical Operations combining the chemical operations of Novartis and Sandoz in one organization with 7 sites across the globe.

- Member of the management committee in which all relevant decisions for Sandoz’s API business are taken - Global leader of the 3 Life Cycle management groups in India, Slovenia and Turkey - Allocation of new products to one of the API production sites - Facilitator for tech transfers from R&D to the production sites or between sites - Cost improvement programs for API’s (e.g. by timely switch from “first-in” to “last-out” process) - Calculation of business case for life cycle activities

- Challenge of proposed route of synthesis for new products and coaching of the R&D teams within API business and Sandoz development along development phases DS2 – DS4 - Facilitator for tech transfers from R&D to the production sites or between sites

- Governance function for all technology related items for the GBU Pharma - Creating the investment plan and getting approval of the Invest.-projects via the decision panels in headquarter - Monitoring the CapEx of ongoing investments - Member of the committee which selects new toll manufacturing inquiries for custom synthesis - Facilitator to organize successful cooperation within the BASF pharma sites (CH, D, F, USA) - Assistance to secure smooth transfer of projects from R&D to the production sites

- Group Manager of a research team consisting of totally 7 chemists and 30 lab technicians, R&D sponsors: Pharma & Fine Chemicals, Performance Chemicals and Electronics - Establishing the Phasegate Process for R&D project management - Selection of new projects with the business units, creating business plans - Transfer of successful projects to production / respective pilot plant

- Deputy plant manager with responsibility to assure seemless productiion of agrochemicals - Responsibility for organizing EHS-work and qualification programs of the ~ 70 co-workers - Creating production plans, evaluation of investment proposals and new product inquiries - On top: Technical Project Manager for a new herbicide

- Development of industrial synthesis for the Fungicide-Blockbuster BAS F500 incl. mini plant and oilot plant campaigns - Leadership function for 4 lab technician -
