I'm the Project Manager of a team containing 7 developers managing mid to large and complex projects and setting up corporate website solutions using Open Source software. As the PM I am in the center of every project holding the strings from planning and controlling to documenting over all project phases (consulting, UX, design, implementation, roll-out and Go-Live).

As a Project Manager I was in charge of handling projects in the translation sector from the initial client inquiry to delivering the final translated piece. This involved close contact with the client as well as the translators and also contained the final quality assurance of the translations. There were always several projects running parallel requiring excellent organisational skills.
