Architect of the first cross business unit shipment tracking solution for DHL, using continuous communications, alignment and coordination with business stakeholders, developers and end users as well as collecting and analysis of analytics data to help inform better decision making and support the continuous improvement

Frederike started as a Content Manager for large and small projects and companies, including Henkel, DHL and BASF, and quickly became Key Account Manager for Henkel, leading launches and campaigns for several brands of the Henkel group, some of which required worldwide rollouts and leading teams of 15+ content managers, while coordinating with developers and business stakeholders, aligning their needs and perspectives.

With content management, web design, archive uncluttering and administrative support for creative individuals, Frederike launched a business to start the journey into the intersection of the linguistic, the cultural and the digital. It was especially interesting for her to balance out administrative with marketing and creative needs, while keeping up a joyful and productive team environment.

Starter and intermediate courses for students of Japanese and East-Asian cultural history, including office hours, paper assignments and grading. She also supported the department in several endeavors. On the side, she kept temporary jobs, including driving a taxi, working at Ikea, digital consulting agencies, the contemporary art museum Museum Ludwig, the German stage association and customer service call centers (including comdirect bank during the financial crisis).
