As an assistant, I have managed children’s integration into the class routine, behaviour and learning difficulties providing personalized methods, I have supported the class activities. Since September 2015, I have led the Social and Emotional Development classes where I support the children in making the first step in their self-awareness in order to develop empathy and to support each other.

As an intern, I supported the class activities; I supported children with challenging behaviours to integrate into the class routine and to assimilate new skills.

For the last 4 years I have worked with children who have had speaking and learning disabilities. Among my responsabilities have been: to search for the child’ needs, to transform them in some objectives, then to devise a personalized program where to involve the family’s child, time after time to evaluate and revise the therapeutic program for each child according to his needs and his progress.

As a Responsible for Continuous Training Program I have lead, planned and organized the team’s programm and I also had the opportunity to use my coordination and presentation skills, devising training programs, I had possibilities to share my experience and knowledge with other people.

As an ABA Therapist I provided regular one-on-one therapy sessions which include teaching new skills and managing challenging behaviors set out by the Program Supervisor. I also observed and recorded the child’s progress in a specific folder and I communicated with the Program Supervisor, parents and other team members.

I was responsible for researching what trainings students want, finding trainers, finding locations for trainings, organizeing a team for each training, finding the right person in the team for each task, monitoring progress on Gantt diagram, finding places where to promote the trainings, sending mails and talking to participants before and after the trainings. The most helpful part was interpretation of feedback that helped us to improve future projects.
