Helping the operation of a shelter for 122 LGBTI* refugees, I am in charge of facility maintenance and repair, daily and rolling logistics as well as operation of on-site food service.

- Conducted company's market research and business development efforts for a new retail distribution business unit in the area of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), resulting in starting of a new subsidiary company - Led the development and execution of an internal communication strategy aligning with the company's 5-year plan, resulting in transparent communication and increased employee satisfaction by 6%

- Organized a national tour to introduce our NGO's projects to Mongolians - Managed first international conference - "MAITREYA ERA: Perspectives on Social Development" which had more than 500 participants

- Awarded the Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship - Participated in 7 Erasmus+ youth exchange programs - Mentor at the Stipendium Hungaricum Mentor Network
