• Overseeing all aspects of financial control and reporting. Driving an accurate and effective business planning / forecasting / period closure process • Main business partner for the F&F management , Corporate functions ( Corporate Controlling, Investor Relations, Strategy) • Active coordination and process improvement role with main focus on Free cash-flow forecasting / modelling, annual strategic forecast and budgeting, Net working capital management , value reporting process

• Overseeing all aspects of financial control in a large operational business (~1200 FTEs). Driving an accurate Target / Rolling Forecasts / Unit price costing process / Compliance controls • Continuous improvement of processes using innovative KPIs, reporting tools and business reviews (e.g. Qlik) • Support to commercial operations with tender pricing, demand-supply evaluations and product unit price forecasting • Evaluation of different business cases (up to 10+ m USD strategic projects)

- Project coordinator for start-up projects, capacity planning and expansion and the introduction of new products - Responsible for the change management (e.g.: new suppliers, engineering change) - Business planning: KPI variance (various resources, routing plans, scrap rate, etc.)

-Overhead cost controlling for various products (radar systems, sensor modules, exhaust sensors, etc.) -Business planning, forecasting (labor and fixed costs, budgets) -Planning various start-up projects (new products, variants, new production lines) -Management reporting, cost roll-ups -Analysis of variances and resolution of issues -Process improvement: analysis tools, forecast quality improvements -Actively support price quotations and forecasts for customers
