• Prediction and Structure optimization to reduce the noise sensitivity level of passenger car. • Simulation and design optimization of BIP to increase the torsion rigidity. • Created a non linear analysis process for test correlation with FE analysis for dent measurement. • Provided design changes to pass the durability requirement. • Supported the project team in planning the deliverable based on milestones. • Lead technical team meetings across different geographies to harmonize the design changes.

 Design, Optimization and Sensitivity Analysis of a Satellite Thrust Cylinder. As part of the curriculum requirement for Master's program , the design and analysis of a honeycomb sandwich composite thrust cylinder for communication satellites was carried out. This thesis was a trade-off study against the use of an aluminum alloy thrust cylinder. The study performed was helpful for understanding of significant parameters and their consequence for optimum design of a CFRP honeycomb sandwich cylinder.
