Project management in manufacturing line qualification, leading trial runs and DOEs for new development of electronics. Project experience and engineering knowledge of metal forming, surface treatment and assembly of metal case/plastic parts and components. Familiar with quality tools (PPAP, QMA, DMAIC)and methods (8D, Lean management, Six sigma) I worked on improving product design, specification and manufacturing processes with project engineers by reviewing parameter such as FAI, CPK and results of tests. I lead teams to implement improvements on-site and deliver the project into mass production. Currently I am working as Quality Manager in the sourcing & buying sector of E-Commerce. I have worked in teams of Furniture and Textiles. I learn and possess skills of data analysis from return rate and VoC with tools (Jira, Tableau, and PowerBI) and create review process to improve products.
