My motivation to coach stems from my desire to help as many individuals as possible flourish and live up to their potential. Responsible for the Yazaki-Account for all activities within Germany and UK In charge of the commercial relationship with the account on a day-to-day basis, in order to satisfy the different needs and interests of the customer and internal stakeholders.

Main activities: • establishment of contacts at different levels and departments in the OEMs • preparation of offers and negotiations with OEMs • monitoring of performances • coordination with cross-functional departments on on-going projects • monitoring of the achievement of the foreseen sales budget volumes
