My duties are designing and implementation in J2EE using Spring Framework, Spring Webflow with continuous integration, TDD and static code quality analysis. Also I handle part of the workload management and resource allocation and I am the main link between my team and the client managers. I'm also involved in the design and implementation of development environment tools for technology integration, development support and common development needs within the development team.

As a junior J2EE programmer my job was to design and implement requirements from functional documents where I had to analyze and create documentation actuations to evolve software in production to comply with updated security policies. I also reviewed functional documents to correct descriptions and analice dependencies.
