Coordinated assurance, compliance and review engagements regarding the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency’s (BRSA a.k.a. BDDK) regulations and Control Objectives for Information Systems and related Technology (CobiT) framework in leading banks and financial institutions of Turkey. Audited the business and IT processes of leading banks and their foreign subsidiaries. Developed tailored internal control system in compliance with regulations in insurance sector.

Performing audits to assess the overall operational efficiency of bank branches, business loan centers, administrative support units & other subsidiaries. Performing fraud investigations on bank branches and departments. Reviewing and reporting on compliance with established policies -especially COSO-, procedures, state regulations and prudent banking practices
