- Main contact between European suppliers and buyers in Brazil - Align and develop business strategies between buyers of MAN Latin America and MAN Truck & Bus - Represent MAN Latin America in Sourcing Committees (Pre-Meeting & TSC) - Coordinate collaboration with MAN Truck & Bus in Germany for Powertrain, Metallic and Cabin Departments with focus on aligning strategies and processes and identify potential for savings

- Negotiate the purchase of items with regards to all cost components with suppliers - Develop new suppliers to optimize material group strategy and suppliers’ portfolio - Carry out benchmark analyses; detect and realize savings with regards to global sourcing 01/12 – 01/13: Steering Gears, Steering Pumps, Steering Columns, Stabilizer Bars, Tie Rods, Drag Links, Shock Absorbers and Aluminum Castings 04/11 – 12/11: Standard Parts and Turned Parts

- Check the production of all Body Shops and comparing it with the process sheets - Analyze clearance of passenger car doors via 8D Reports

- Improve planning of production of beams, columns and slabs by seeking the lowest possible exchange of molds for concrete - Support continuous improvement of the production flow and plant layout - Register of parts required for project in production control worksheets and issue KANBAN card - Follow up SAP implementation by updating information on the new system, thereby facilitating the centralization of information and consolidation of results - Complete final report of project to send to customers

- Responsible for the Visual Management of the sector Automatic Molding - Improve and plan implementation of factory layout by analyzing production flow - Monitor quality indicators to minimize rework within the sector

- Member of the team responsible for systematic preventive maintenance of the tools used in the production of clutch components - Carry out ABC analysis in order to optimize prioritization of tools - Register point of transfer for each tool on the SAP to remind of preventive maintenance
