I have experience in Health Financing/Economics with a solid background in health financing issues related to universal coverage in line with Abu Dhabi health insurance law, global contracts, and best practices; a robust health systems analysis. My experience includes planning and implementing many Health financing dimensions, including but not limited to revenue collection and risk-sharing. I have successfully developed a transformative health financing strategy, monitoring, and evaluation framework, and developing corresponding work plans. Furthermore, I have successfully managed the audits of government-subsidized programs.
