Collecting data from the businesses over the phone in order to improve the quality of the map and the business' listings themselves. Making sure the information is accurate and up to date so the users have positive experience. On top of that, have trained new hires to settle down, understand the program and workflow of the position.

Started as a food associate in Ice-Cream Parlour handling the register sales. Was promoted to be a supervisor of another location. This position included opening and closing the location, managing the associates' shifts and working attitude based on an excellent customer service and up-sell. Handling everyday inventory and sales. Direct contact with the customers, handling their complains and inquiries. The job was acquired as a part of the Work and Travel Program.

Handled sales behind the register, was responsible for the correct amount of monez at the end of the shift. In direct contact with the customers.

Studied English language at a university in Sweden as a part of Erasmus program. Attended Swedish for International Students.

Student Grant Project - Involved in a research about European Immigration Reflected in the American Literature. Analyzed assigned books and studies that reflected their historical background. Wrote two papers reflecting the foundlings and presented them at conferences in Czech Republic and Albania.
