Henning Niehues

I’m working on topics regarding the cross-divisional and cross-regional development of our organization. Another major topic is the further development of our great corporate culture while facing a rapid growth and internationalization. Recently I took over the responsibility for internal communications here we are more and more facing the better integration of physical and virtual communication and collaboration.

I had the chance to take over the responsibility of the administration team at short notice. This time was marked by two major challenges. I needed to build up a new team and restructure the operations. At the same time we were right in the middle of a big expansion project of our headquarters in Berlin. As I was already involved in the conceptual design of the new and existing spaces I took over the responsibility for the implementation of the entire project as well.

I supported the COO, one of 4flow‘s founders, in his daily work. I worked with the management board on the further development of the bonus systems, the establishment of an employee’s shareholder program and the founding of new offices and legal entities. I took over several internal projects. At the end of this career section I had the opportunity to support the entire mid-term strategy process and to design the final internal strategy booklet.
