- Drive a Talent strategy in France aligned with the EMEA standards - Manage the end to end recruitment process in a matrix environment - Suggest optimized search strategies to the EMEA HR team - Manage the recruitment budget for France - Train and manage 1 recruitment partner - Drive HR projects to promote our social responsibility program - Partner with our business leaders - Conduct training workshop to line managers

- Co-leader in the creation of the supply chain department - Train and manage 1 consultant. - Develop and drive customer relationship (multinational blue chips, SME clients…) - Recruitment expertise: Sales, Procurement & Supply Chain (operational to middle management) - Project leader for the diversity program

-Deliver recruitment solutions to a client portfolio -Find and select potential candidates (direct approach / hunting plan) -Conduct job interview -Evaluating skills through psychometric tools / scenarios
