Management of IAE One Time Concession (OTC) process through initial judgement, resource allocation, and KPI monitoring. Lead of Root cause investigations for in-service events related to Low Pressure Compressor. Presented technical topics to ovetopics to over 200 customers at IAE Europe Regional Forums in 2009, 2010, and 2011.

Support for Project manager by organizing Trent 1000 Engineering Change Board and monitoring allocated actions across departments. Lead of cross-functional cost reduction activities of Trent 1000 parts working with different departments. Support for Trent1000 engineering team in UK by improving project information sharing.

Seconded from Kawasaki Heavy Industries (KHI) for new jet engine Trent1000 development. Design of static parts of Trent 1000 Intermediate Pressure Compressor working with Rolls-Royce specialists. Lead of development activities on the Japanese side by creating a development plan with relevant departments and providing technical information in a timely manner.

Design of prototype Integrated Drive Generator parts for aircraft. Assembly procedures of the prototype IDG. Lead of low temperature and vibration validation tests.

Development of production process for fabricated sheet metal parts of aircraft engines from the first trial planning to process validation.

Creation and maintenance of NC program to machine gas turbine parts. Tooling standardization activities in lathe cutter standard practices
