After the Russian invasion has started in 2022 my family had to move to Europe. Now we live not far from Munich (Bavaria, Germany). So now I am out of my comfort zone. :) Since 2014 almost 100 Ukrainian banks became insolvent. I have reviewed thousands of bank credits that turned into real losses. It might be that I am the one who have seen as many problem loans as no one else in Eastern Europe. During last years I have been concentrated on credits portfolios of problem banks – estimation of their top-borrowers, pledges, market conditions etc. and on the implementation of a European resolution directive in Ukraine.
