I support the Mercedes Benz project team in Germany remotely and take on the following tasks: • Providing consultancy to the users and customers of MB.OS, the new operating system of Mercedes Benz, which manages all the documentation processes of the software developed for vehicles until they reach the relevant ECUs • Support for developers and suppliers in data provision of the EE software • Recording and forwarding improvement suggestions for MB.OS to the development teams • Analysis of problems or bugs

I provided consultancy to our customers in Türkiye for the workforce management software of our German business partner GFOS. My duties included IT consulting, project management and parameterization of the gfos software for time management and personnel scheduling. In addition, customers are advised and supported in matters of working time management.

In the web-based project control system, I carried out the tasks of user interface development, researching user demands, planning, implementation and testing in order to monitor the projects by different user groups and to provide central access. In addition, I provided First Level Support to users who access the database from different locations around the world.
