Dr. Fredrick Chen (Huiliang) is a Chinese American and an Orthopedic Surgeon. Having over 20 years of experience in the Medical Profession/Field with some of the top notch and reputable Companies/Industries in the Medical Market Such as Sanofi Pharmaceuticals, Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital and and my current work with British Petroleum Company as an Offshore Medic I am known for my Passion for Learning, Empathy and Cross-Cultural Sensitivity. My energetic but calming demeanor puts my patients at ease. I believe in providing patients with information regarding their health as well as allowing them time to ask questions.
