- Monthly reporting of margin and sales - Creation of a tool for tracking and forecasting gross margins - Ad-hoc analysis of product and brand KPIs - Intercorporational Work with other divisions in Europe and Asia - Presenation of the monthly focus product tracking for the divisional director

In my first training year, I was mainly responsible for the sale of household appliances from well known brands like Miele, Siemen or Bosch. As a result of my exceptional commitment and my high sales success the management of the household appliance department was transferred to me. Thus, I was in charge of sales, purchase, as well as customer service and the coordination of deliveries.
