- Defining, coordinating, steering and assigning interfaces and work packages - Overall planning and continuous controlling of resources, budget, milestones and deadlines - Establishing, monitoring and leading project organisation - Safeguarding resources as well as leading and coordinating the project team - Risk, claim and change management

- Preparation of service concepts and corresponding contract documents (SLAs, service plans, managed services) for international customers - Negotiation of maintenance contracts together with the legal department, the sales department and the customer Timely processing of maintenance-relevant parts of tenders - Preparation of offers for spare parts, upgrades and change requests in accordance with costing guidelines and in coordination with development departments and product management
