Growing up, I would dismantle every mechanical assembly at sight in an attempt to learn and understand how and why they work the way they do to later attempt to rebuild them to full functionality. Just like everything in life, I found success at some and lost at others. My unsuccessful attempts were not enough to deter me, rather, it further motivated me to lear form such failures and ensure future success. I will be no surprise that I had a very clear career path from the beginning. I wanted to be able to experience and influence the process by which all these gadgets were design and manufactures, I wanted to become and engineer. Now a days you will find me on the production floor, observing the flow of material and the skilled operators, obsessing over how to further optimise and perfect the manufacturing process. Be it introducing new technologies and reshaping workflows, or carrying out new lean workshops.
