Remote monitoring and troubleshooting of Internet Leased Line, MPLS-LL, and IMPLS Circuits, complaints on circuit like flapping, high latency, packet drops on Links.  Handling queries for Airtel business customers for network related issues pertaining to leased line services.  Responsible for identification and resolution of any media issue in WAN connectivity.
