I was hired as a first developer of newly bought-out monitoring (ARC) software. Technology was new for me: Delphi + MSSQL. During my worktime I've brought GIT policy, new code structure, fixed hundrets of bugs and built a small team of 4 developers. Stability, perfomance and robustness of software was gained a lot, specialy for existing high-load projects that requires fault tolerance.
