As Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master Consultant I am responsible for the full cycle project management - requirements gathering (clickable UI prototyping) and Scrum development process set up (facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives and Demos with team and Product Owner, etc.). Closely collaborating with the Product Owner to facilitate release management as well as Backlog, Grooming and Prioritization creation. Team Buildings arrangement.

Planning the workload and verifying it against actual performance. Guiding the team. Regularly assessing department risks, implementing preventive measures. Leading the projects from initiation to successful closure: full cycle project process, delivery, support. Defining and resolving business problems arising on projects and within the department

Was assigned to the following responsibilities - SCRUM Master Role to drive the product development team and Sales Support Engineer - communication and programs for the current and potential customers.

The main goal was to identify lost/under-utilized resources and determine a way, of either recovering the loss or reducing the spent, to realize savings for clients by the following steps: Interviewing personnel on their work flow activities; Analyzing existent management system, supervisory behavior; Creating new management process of production / administrative planning and control; Setting the personnel activity program for each department; Training client’s personnel on new process implementation;

Joined the team as a Junior IT Recruiter with the main goal - searching and via call preliminary interviewing IT candidates in the US market for the US clients. After the probation period was assigned as Team Lead for 3 IT Recruiters and a Mentor for a new comers. Worked directly with the US client.
