Manage compliance effort at CISC-EU

Leading and coordinating the compliance efforts for both SOX and ISO audit.

Managed and supervised different team in multiple projects and clients throughout the projects’ lifecycle, planning phase, execution phase and wrap-up phase. This includes the preparation of budget and project timeline, coordination of resources, scoping of the projects, execution of the testing procedures, and communication of the overall results and exceptions/findings to both internal management and external stakeholder in an agreed upon schedule.

As part of client's Internal Auditor: • Performed application audit on the Fueling System and Work Management System. Reviewed the adequacy and effectiveness of the application controls: input, process and output controls. Analyzed the Fueling system data using ACL. • Performed special audit requested by the client related to software acquisition. • Supported the internal audit team by performing data analytics on several audit projects.

Managed VHT’s Financial Operation, maintained the Chart of Accounts, prepared Budget analysis and payroll analysis, reviewed Financial Statements, and worked closely with a consultant/CPA for tax preparation.
