My current role at Medelec includes the management of the assembly area of the production area, this includes being responsible for the 35 subordinates that report directly to me. This position involves keeping up the tight delivery dates of the products alongside with the continues problem solving that is encountered daily on the shop floor that is synonymous with such complex products

As a Program Manager for MSC it involves the continues follow up of all projects that are being manufactured, the continues follow up is includes start up projects and also fully mature projects. The role also includes taking care of the financial aspect of the projects making sure that monthly fiscal targets are reached
